Abdominal pain Print E-mail

As a rule, in cases of severe and acute abdominal pain we would not usually be the first clinic that a person would visit. If you have not seen your general practitioner or been to a hospital in order to rule out emergency conditions. We would suggest that you do so. If however you are aware of the possible cause of the problem, or it is a mild chronic problem, then often, we can help. Abdominal pain can be caused by many different problems. Some respond to acupuncture, many will respond to Chinese herbal medicine or homoeopathy.

Also see irritable bowel syndrome.
