Premenstrual tension is a common clinical problem, and usually responds well to either homoeopathy or Traditional Chinese Medicine. Mood changes, irritability, headaches and breast swelling or pain, all tend to disappear after treatment, in fact. It's not uncommon to the woman's period to start without her (or her partner) knowing it was coming. This of course makes family life more comfortable.
